class=\"dual-heading--secondary\">(PDG)<\/span>\n\n\n\n<\/h2><div class=\"bde-text-2592-261 bde-text\">\nis a joint initiative between Yayasan PETRONAS and the Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE) through the Education Policy Planning and Research Division.
